1/15/2012 - The Multi-State Lottery Association, operator of Powerball® the world’s best known jackpot lottery game, has made changes to the game. Powerball has changed the ball Matrix of the game from 59 white balls & 39 Powerballs (59/39) to; 59 white balls & 35 Powerballs (59/35). Along with the ball matrix changes, they have changed how the PowerPlay option calculates winnings and some pay-out amounts for certain combination of matching balls. To fully conform to these new Powerball changes, McCracken Software® has been working hard to overhaul The Lottery Picker© 2012. These changes are almost complete and we appreciate your patients while we finalize this new major upgrade. However, we need your help! In order for The Lottery Picker© 2012 to be able to print the Play-Slips accurately as it has in the past, All Powerball States must be re-programmed into the program individually using the official Powerball Play-Slips from each State for testing. We are once again asking our users and potential customers to send in 100 Play-Slips for testing purposes. In addition to Powerball States needing to be re-programmed, some Mega Millions States have changed their Slips as well and too, need to be individually re-programmed. We have received some Mega Millions & Powerball Slips from our customers as indicated in RED above and would like to take the time here to thank each and every one of you that took the time to mail in the Slips. Thank You!

More details are outlined below.

Although The Lottery Picker 2012© works with any State that has the Powerball or Mega Millions lotteries, since the addition of the new States we do not have all States coded into the program so it will print the Play-Slips. EACH State is coded into the program using the official Play-Slip from that State. This guarantees accuracy when printing your numbers onto the Play-Slips. Some States use the same format on their Play-Slips as others States, so some users are able to use one of the States already coded into the program (colored in yellow above) to print their Play-Slips.

Our goal is to have all of the newly added States of the Powerball and Mega Millions lotteries programmed back into the program for printing Play-Slips. In order to code each individual State into the program to enable it to print the Play-Slips, we must have some of each States Play-Slips to do the testing with.

Any customer who is willing to mail us 100 Play-Slips for the States "Listed as a link" above will receive one FREE Licensed copy of The Lottery Picker2012© (1 DOWNLOAD ONLY). If you apply for this offer, we will mark the State *PENDING. Any other customer may apply for the same State while the State is marked *PENDING. Once the Play-Slips are received for a particular State, the State is Marked *RECEIVED and is no longer available for the offer. I encourage all interested to apply even if your State is marked *PENDING, because we receive a lot of bogus applications.

Customers winning this offer stated above, must to agree toO, AND will be bound by the End Users License Agreement (COLLECTIVITY KNOWN AS EULA) before the program can be installed just as if they had bought the program. This offer may be canceled at anytime without notice. Void where prohibited. This offer valid for NEW customers ONLY and is not valid to current registered users of The Lottery Picker. If any State above has a link, then we still need the Play-Slips for that State. If the State is *This Color, then that State is already programmed into the program and has been released to the public. Any slips received must have the words POWERBALL or MEGA MILLIONS on them, and be official POWERBALL or MEGA MILLIONS Play-Slips for the State selected by the user.
